The local guides program is something that really matches my personality. I am someone that feels very comfortable talking and engaging with everyone I meet. I am very proud of the local guide platform because it empowers me with the tools to generate a change in my community. One quick example I cherish is how the local guide platform helps people with disabilities know beforehand if a place is optimal for them.
There´s saying that I use a lot, which is: all that glitters is not gold. That is a moto I think of whenever I am being a local guide. I enjoy being able to show everyone the true colors of the places I visit. I believe it´s an easy and quick action that helps a lot of people in their everyday life.
