Local guide Local Food

I love reviewing authentic Thai street food everywhere I go because good food is just as much an important as to consume food in general. I know for a fact that Michelin star restaurants and food lines are not everyone cup’s of tea. In fact, there is a lot of people out there who prefer the more local fare- real food and real bites! And that’s why I find its necessity of providing reviews on street food restaurants and stalls because, undeniably, eaters nowadays choose restaurant based on online reviews.

My reviews generally include all the necessary details: hours, parkings, average cost per person, services, popular dishes, reservations, etc. Some of my reviews highlight the details of the same dish that being prepared or served differently across the country. For example, how Thai sour curry soup in central Thailand have cabbages, carrots, cauliflowers, Chinese cabbage, and string beans as the main ingredients while Southern sour curry soup have unripe papaya, banana stem, and coconut shoots instead.
