Hey Google, my name is Abhishek, I’m 21 years old, born and raised in India.
I’m a computer engineering student at the University of Pune, and also a level 6 local guide here.
Actually, I started adding reviews to the places here in my town (called Phaltan here in Maharashtra state) and getting more and more points; I rate, review places in my home-town as much as possible. Initially, it’s just a Points scoring game for me.
But afterward, I learn to take 360-degree images using Street view, then I took a couple of 360-degree images around my place and uploaded them to the maps & I found it a little bit interesting. I started taking more and more 360-degree images for Maps, I’m just in Love with this thing. It’s a proud feeling for me to show my friends, Hey!! Look at this, this is my Place and pictures that I’ve added to the Google Maps 
Now it’s not all about the points, it becomes my passion, my hobby to take photos for the maps and adding reviews about the places wherever I go.
In free time, I check the facts to be edited, answers the few questions on maps app. I also add missing places nearby. Now a Local Guide is like an addictive game for me. The views on photos & reviews make me so happy & that’s the fact which promotes me to contribute more and more to help others using Google Maps.
Furthermore, I would love to come and attend the really interesting Local Guides Connect Live 2018 event in October. It will be the fantastic opportunity to me to meet other local guides, learn expert tips and tricks, to make new friends, especially to experience Google and the fact that I’ve never been in the U.S. and also it’s an unaffordable trip for me.
So, Google I’m hoping that you’ll give me the opportunity for the same, it’ll be the huge achievement for me in my life about Google Maps.
