I do not see the meaning of this platform if it cannot bring together all the local guides on the planet. Different countries favored at the expense of others and it is discriminating.

Hello @fabricek2 Welcome to Local Guides Connect. I noticed that you had registered a few minutes ago, so maybe you do not know a lot about the platform, and due to that is having a misperception
Actually the fist of our Core Values (which you can thoroughly read here) is that “We are Welcoming: Anyone can be a Local Guide, no matter where they live or what language they speak. We’re a truly global community! When new people join, we go out of our way to make them feel included”.
Take in mind that registering on Local Guide Connect is optional, everyone is welcome, but it’s not mandatory to do that. So, we respect if a Local Guide decides don’t be part of it.
There are labels for countries and languages to stimulate everyone feels included. I know excellent Local Guides from all around the world contributing.
So, I suggest you learn more about Connect, and maybe you’ll have a different perception.

This is a community created for all the Local Guides from all around the World that want to share their experiences with the program. We are all passionate about Google Maps and we love to make contributions.
It´s true that some countries are less mapped than others, that´s why we are here; because we want to add as much places as possible and give visibility to all kind of bussiness, big and smalls. Our reviews can make a difference and have impact in our towns…
As @AlexandreCampbell said we have 5 core values of Connect: we like to be welcoming, thoughtful, helpful original and watchful : -)
