There is a flaw in the design of my local guide badge. The rubber retainer was not very good. As a consequence the badge has fallen off, where I know not. Can I have another one please? (Preferably with a claw type metal retainer)

Hello @Woolyback150 , badges and other gifts sent are completely random products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to buy or find them from somewhere.

If you mean a physical pin you can tag a Google moderator and they might be able to help you.
If you mean an online badge, then please specify which badge you are missing.

How do I tag a google moderator ?
It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.
