I recently found an android app by the name"LocalGuideAssistant" in play store. It shows the stats related to our LG contributions like increase in number of views, likes etc.
Has anybody used the app? Is there any risk using the app? We are giving app the access to our account and the app is not from a well known developer. As it is the idea of the app is good.

Looks nice! Thanks for sharing. As Google Maps API are public, there is a good chance that many developers will create app like this in the future.
Hope one day we will see app like this from Google too 
It’s a great app, unfortunately the app has been removed from Google Play. I had some problems with my phone and performed a reset, but I’ve lost the app… Do you know if there’s a way to re-install that app on my phone?
I was also using it and now lost it do to reset. I would really like to reinstall it but I am not finding it on the Play store.

I had the app up until last week, when is stopped working and isn’t showing up on the play store. I think that the app is officially discontinued. It’s a shame, I really enjoyed the data it gave.
@Aron_R you can download the APK in the link on the other comment and still use it. I found this post because I recently upgraded phone and was looking for the app
