Local guide account suspended

Hello all,

Am here to help my son out his account was blocked because he hadnt logged out his account at a

cyber centre. And someone had written 400 fake reviews on dominos and pizza hut ! Due to that google has blocked his account. Theres no response from google on any platform including twitter and facebook also.

Will his account ever be activate again or all his hard work is down the drain

providing the link to his profile if any one could help

It could likely be higher than normal requests, so may take a bit more time.
How long ago has he tried to contact through the social media platforms?

Wait at least 10 business days. If after 10 days your son will not receive any reply, write again on the social channels, as indicated by @StephenAbraham

I know that you want to have thay account unlocked for him to be able to submit an application for Connect Live, but the Google Moderator @TsekoV already responded minutes ago, giving you the best advice possible. So please follow his indications
