Hi, I was a very active contributer at local guide platform and I had added more than 1300 photos and I had reached level 7 on that but since February my account has been suspended. I have done everything possible but in vein. Please help me as I am very troubled regarding it. I’m writing this post from my wife’s account. @Atsukot Please help me. Regards , Abhishek
To add to the above post, I’m writing this post as I have already tried to tag @localguides on twitter and also on facebook page but haven’t got any response since 1 month. I didn’t expected such a pathetic response from Google team. It is very disappointing. That’s why I have tagged you @Atsukot as you have helped people earlier in this issue.
@deekshadwivedi Sorry to hear that you have been suspended. First, if you’ve joined Local Guides again with a second account to post this, then this violates the Terms & Conditions of the program. Please exit the program on this account.
If you have already tagged them on twitter and facebook then the only thing you can do it wait for them to reply. Seems many accounts are being suspended lately maybe that is why it is taking more time to respond to your queries.

If you think you may have been wrongfully removed from the program and your account hasn’t been reinstated for more than 10 days, don’t create a new account to post on Connect (since as @SaifIS mentioned to you already that’s against our program rules). Please mention @localguides on Twitter or write on our Facebook wall letting us know you’ve been banned and we will follow up with you over private message.
Hi @KlaudiyaG I have already written that I have not created another account, this is my wife’s account from which I am communicating, my name is Abhishek Shukla. And I have already mentioned my issue on @localguides on twitter and on facebook wall more than a month ago but received no response. That is why I’m taking help in this forum from my wife’s account.
@SaifIS thanks a lot for your response. I understand your point but the time being taken up by Google is too much. That is why I had to take help at this forum.

If your friend believes that his/her account has been suspended wrongfully, please ask him/her to mention @localguides on Twitter or write on our Facebook wall letting us know he/she has been banned and we will follow up with him/her over private message.
