Local Guide Abusing the system with FAKE reviews

Hello, I apologize for the trouble and I hope to make an appropriate report, from the forums is explained to report it to the local guide my problem:

We received a negative review, without motivation from a local guide who is releasing 2-3 reviews daily to activities in Italy and abroad, reviews without motivations of stars that seem to be randomly just to increase his score by local guide, more in fact, they responded to the local guide asking the reason for this assessment.

In our shop we did a search by name and surname and it does not result from customer records.

Yet even though it has never been in our store, it was decided to leave a star by lowering our score and our customers. Obviously this person is trying to rig the system to his advantage.

this person is violating the policy of spam / fake comments.

Please help get this person deleted from the program and their reviews with it.

I hope to be contacted to leave you the name of this local guide that is acting in an incorrect way to the detriment of activities that work especially thanks to the good reviews of customers TRUE.

You can report the reviews if you think are invalid. I just wanted to let you know that as a business owner you can take advantage of Google My Business, including responding to reviews.

I will send you a private message with instructions on how to report this specific user so our team can look into this person’s account and take any appropriate action, though we won’t be able to share the final decision as we respect everyone’s privacy.

thanks for the quick response, in addition to reporting the user in question as spam, you can not do anything else?
pultroppo is a problem that many have, anyone could issue false reviews damaging the activities just to increase the scores from local guides.
