Living in a CONNECTicut world

When I was a child and until my 23 years old I used to live in a small town in my country. I knew exactly where can I find anything that I needed. I knew each street, each way to go everywhere.

Now, I live in the United States, in the state of Connecticut to be exact. The very first moment I came here, in Florida, I could see the landscape from the air. Everything was huge!

I was scarred at first because it was a new place, I didn’t know anything not even where to buy fresh bread for breakfast. Then, I met Google Maps and I feel very grateful for the help that it gave me to develop in this town. Although the language was my first obstacle to move and understand this “american world”. This amazing tool has many different languages that help me.

When I didn’t know where to buy good food, eat Peruvian food, even where to buy the best pizza in town I started to trust in reviews that people wrote about places.

I feel encouraged to write honest reviews about places I visit in order to help other people, which like me, maybe they don’t know if the places they want to go worth it or has everything that they need.

We can connect each other experiences to help us take the better options and the businesses can connect with our preferences and needs that they can improve.
