Can any one help .
I can’t make any review and the application tells me to set aname on google account while i ilready have edited the google profile with real name before . And keep asking. Always .

Can you let us know what kind of device you are using? Android, iOS or computer?
Also, would it be possible for you to try on another device?
If you’re on Android or iOS, I suggest that you ensure you have the latest version of Google Maps downloaded from either the Play Store or iTunes. I would also suggest clearing cache and data for Google Maps and trying again.

Thank you for your fast response .
I tried what you suggested .about clearing cash and data but it still give me message to add name,while i already have established a complete profile before . As you see in the attached pics
I still don’t know what to do .

Sorry for the delayed reply. It looks like I had missed this, it is best to tag me in the future by typing “@” followed by my name. 
Thanks for sharing the photos and the issue. Can you let me know what happens after you try tapping on “add name”?
Also, please share what version of Google Maps and Android you are using. This will help us isolate the issue.

You probably need to “sync personal data”
Go to your Android Settings:
Choose Cloud and Accounts → Accounts → Google → [afftected_account] and turned on “Sync People Details”
Wait a few seconds for the sync to complete. Attempt to write a review.
Hi @Shirley I have the latest updated vert of gmaps 10.8.1
And android 8.0
Also when i press add name it takes me to my google profile to change name ,i already tried to change it but also after changing it still give me the sane message
