In my lists first of all I don’t find any option to select my photos which are authentic not linked with the saved lists. Funny thing I noticed like in Jama Masjid Bhopal photos of Tajul Masajid are visible. I may please be assisted in this regard.

Contrary to your statement, you can select a photo of your choice to appear at the top of the selected POI
You can do that on the phone.
Select your list and then click on the three dots and select edit list option.
Next, activate the customise list order option. Here, you will find the “choose photo” option to be active. Click on that and select a photo of your choice.
Nevertheless, to find your photo, you may have to scroll a lot.

What @C_T mentioned is correct but please note that you can only apply the select feature mobile device not desktop or laptop. It might happen that you tried doing this on desktop. Thank you, I have tried, but failed, I followed your instructions, after activation of customisation I find one sliding window which is showing totally wrong place’s photos, I am also seeing 4 blue horizontal bars at left corner but they are not activating, right I am using Realme 5i
After cutomise list activation I am getting choose option, but in that I don’t find my photos and second thing they are of other attraction, means my photos are linking though in few list items " by you" photos are available but not getting selected, assistance will appreciated my list “Bhopal Heritage Walk " Mosques and Palace” may please be referred, regards.

Hi @rizbab28 it is challenging to get the correct place added on your list especially if you have more than one business with the same name on the same city, you will have to figure that out by confirming the correct address of the place when adding them.
When selecting photos, you can only select or choose existing photos from that business which are already uploaded there, you can not add new photos trough the list directly. To add a photo you need to apply the general techniques we use to add photos on Google Maps.
If you do not see your photos on a location you added it means you added an incorrect location with same name of what you were looking for.
Your list must look like this if everything is correct:

Hi @rizbab28 seems like you are facing issue when customizing your list. Take a look at the video below which shows how you can feature a photo for the listing and customize order.
Keep in mind that when you “Choose photo” for a place in list, you see all the photos for the place. It’s not filtered automatically to show your photos first. You will have to browse the list to find yours. If you recently added photo the listing they shouldn’t be too far.
It’s different from your photos of the place you can usually find under Place->photos->by you in map**.**

in this window photos of a different place are visible and not a single original photo of mine, please understand. And these photos were reported by me that they don’t belong to this attraction so may be removed, because of this issue I am unable to apply.

I have uploaded many photos long back only one or attractions photos were added three days before, still I will try, but I am stuck.
Hi @rizbab28 it is not a must to select your own photos, but if you only looking to select your own photos, you need to scroll the whole list of these photos appearing there until you find yours if you have added them before.
It takes time for photos reported to be removed. It looks like you got it correct now, please follow what is shown on the video shared by @sparekh and only focus on the part of selecting a photo. Your screen short looks like you are getting there, just keep trying, I am sure you will get used to your device or the new version of Google Maps.

In by you my photos are visible but Choose is not working mean from my list I am unable to select.
It means window is showing wrong photos, will do, anyway I didn’t raised any complicated issue, still you need I will go for seperate post, thanks.

Glad, all things are available on the map including reviews and photos, not syncing in list.
