Hello google and local guides

I just want know how can I know how many badges in local connect and how can we earn it. What is after level 10 .

Can we get chance to join as a Google moderator .

Also same in street view . For Google map i know about it and I am working hard for earning it.

badges in Google Maps are showing your level of contribution on Google Maps

Points, levels, and badging will give you a detailed information

Badges in Local Guides Connect show your level of engagement in the community: we have badges related to Likes received and given, number of post written in the community, number of solutions, plus some badge related to your status, Like Connect Moderator and Street View Trusted Photographer, and badge related to the participation of specific events, like Connect Live '18.

You can see the badge of a Local Guide in the community by checking the profile. Mine is here

Google moderators are Google employees, that have in charge the moderation of the community. So you have to work in Google first. You can check if there is a position suitable for you: https://careers.google.com/

How many badges are on Google Connect?

Where would I see the requirements for each badge?

I think there are quite a lot and it only shows up once you unlock it.

There wouldn’t be any exact answer to your question regarding the total number of badges one can earn.
Newer badges will keep on adding like there is a new badge now for all the Connect Live 2019 attendees.

Hi, @user_not_found Badges on Connect are received by:

Posts we start. E.g., 1 Post (New Writer), 50 posts (Budding Writer), 100 posts (Zippy Writer), 250 Posts (Influential Writer). Don’t forget to follow these 14 helpful tips for using Connect, and this post on How do I write a post on Connect?

Likes we give: E.g., 1 Like (New Friend), 100 likes (Nice Friend), 500 likes (Good Friend), 1000 likes (Great Friend), 5000 likes (True Friend), 10000 likes (Gave 10000 likes).

Likes received: E.g., 1 Like (Newly Popular), 100 likes (Pretty Popular), 500 likes (Extra Popular), 1000 likes (Super Popular), 5000 likes (Totally Popular), 10000 likes (Received 10000 likes).

Replies marked as a solution: 1 solution (New solutionist), 50 solutions (Budding Solutionist), 100 Solutions (Expert Solutionist), 250 solutions (Pro Solutionist), 500 solutions (Master Solutionist) - How do I mark comments as solutions?

There is also a Badge for Street View Trusted Photographer, badges for people who attended some Google Events, and the badge for Connect Moderators.

Take in mind that badges are the acknowledgment of our activity and not a “competition.” Keep being active and having fun that the badges will come as a consequence of our activity.
