I got a mail saying that I have unlocked a special reward, a limited edition Google Maps Pin, with a redemption code. On clicking Redeem, I got redirected to another site outside Google. I did receive order confirmation email from

Till date I did not receive the gift and when enquired with Deutsche Post Customer Portal noreply-packet@deutschepost.com for Information about your shipment, I got below reply

The item you are searching for could not be located until today - we are very sorry.

So Is the Brand Addition an authentic vendor for Google?
If yes, the service is very pathetic and not reliable.

Its been more than 2 years since I got that mail too. I reside in India, I also did not get my Google Limited Edition Pin at all till now. Very disappointed :disappointed_face:
