Like you have giant megaphone

Let me start from me) I’m not a blogger, I’m not public person at all. I’m more reader than writer. I don’t have instagram, twitter or any other account, I don’t really like show my life to public. But once I realised that my opinion can be usefull for many people, that I can show not only photo or video of me, but I can share my experience and even food photo can be helpful and it was surprising and amazing.

We lived in Kaliningrad before - it’s pretty small town and if you live there - you know everything about it. We travelled to different countries - Spain, Portugal, Thailand, Tunisia, Lithuania, Poland and I’ve read rewies about different places on google maps for making the route. But I still haven’t thinking about writing rewies by my own, it seemed something difficult and almost impossible.

Then we’ve moved to Minsk, place where we’ve never been before. I’ve started to search some interesting place, events and etc. It was summer, it was warm and nice to spend time not only home. It was really interesting to discover new activities via google maps. I started to tell my collegues about places I’ve been, such as Pesochnica, Corpus and so on. And I was surprised that they, who lived in Minsk long time, haven’t heard about it. So I’ve realised, that I can tell not only my collegues about places I’ve been, by local guides programm I can tell much more people about my experience. I can answer, give advices, and some one who are traveller or local or anyone can read this information and it can be helpfull. Me, my opinion can be helpfull. I can speak with the owners and with whole world by my phone. And this discovery was stunning. I’m more introvert and it’s kind of difficult to speak with strangers, especially when I have to share my opinion, by with the help of programm I feel myself confident, I feel effective.

For me, to be local guide mean speak and to be heard. Due to the programm I know that my experience and my opinion are important.

It’s a great pleasure to know that namely the acquaintance with our city made you discover a new kind of enthralling activity and even to know yourself from the other hand.

To tell you a truth I visited Pesochnitsa only this winter for the Christmas for the first time. We often explore foreign countries enthusiastically, but don’t even think of the possibility to explore the native city, which seems to be absolutely familiar.

Well written post and great photos. The most successful I think is the second one. Unusual Minsk Gate perspective.
