Namaste from India. I am feeling proud to share my first post on local guides connect. Hope you like it.
Being a foodie from childhood, I remember eating delicious home made food made by my MOM. As the time passed, i eventually end up doing my bachelors degree outside my native place. From that time a have a thing or two for outside foods. Fast forward to recent times, i ended up dedicating more time on food and restaurants(With growth in personal financial status!! ) and also to drive my passion of photography forward. I currently live in Udaipur(Raj) India, one of the most beautiful and romantic city in the world. About a year ago I came across google local guides and started sharing my experience on it.
As mentioned in topic also, I am a Vegetarian. Most of the blogs , Instagram posts , google map reviews that I came across were mainly focused on Non - Veg foods. Most of the young generation in India is predominantly turning to Non Veg . So I decided to review restaurants and veg food available on the menu. Selection of restaurants is mainly dependent on 3 criteria - Availability of Veg options , amazing view/rooftop or great ambiance. I mainly focused my concentration on finger foods that go well with beer(My favorite drink). As being in Udaipur gave me a good options of restaurants because of natural beauty and tourist destination. I shall be continuing reviewing restaurants in future with focus on Veg food and soon will be reviewing local street food.
