LIBERIAN JOLLOF(receipe attached)

LIBERIAN JOLLOF.

INGREDIENTS
RICE
TOMATO
PEPPER
CABBAGE
CARROT
GREEN BEANS
ONION
GARLIC
SAUSAGE
BEEF OR CHICKEN
GROUND NUT OIL
SALT TO TASTE .

PREPARATION
Start with the oil in the pan and add your sliced onions and blended tomatoes or even the paste will equally do. Add the pepper all in one go and a little salt to taste and whatever spice you desire to your taste.

Allow this to simmer for some 10-15mins,just like tomatoes sauce
Then add the rice and make sure the heat is low otherwise it burns easily.

The last thing goes in are the vegetables and the sausages.
This should be cooked to your taste as well.
N.B the timing depends on the quantity of the dish. You could also add in pieces of fish if you so desire. **@And12-X2****@Austinelewex @JoegatesChidi **

This food looks inviting. But Nigerian Jolof tastes great too. But @SholaIB are you the one that prepared the food? You must be a good chef.

@Austinelewex have you tasted Liberian Jolof before? Do you think it will taste better than Nigerian?
