We are glad to know that you are willing to host a meetup, your meetup can be online on social media or having to physically meet at a particular place it is all possible, you can decide either to have your meetup solo or with other people which helps you learn from them and share other skills to them, and on the same time it can be official or unofficial. Here is what to take into consideration when running an official meetup, see this post on How to organize a successful meet-up and once you have hosted your meetup you are expected to share a recap on how your meetup went, see this post on How do I write a great meet-up recap?.
There are a number of social media applications to use, they all have limitations, so you need to know which one will suit your needs, some of these apps can only have a maximum of ten people on a video call, if that is what you are looking for, so do your research and do it when you are ready. but I can use an app for exemple whats app ? because a I saw that in São Paulo had a few people to use the LG ! I would like invite some people to Meet-up
