I was last year invited to San Francisco for the Google connect ,I eat put a lot, and take a lot of pic’s . At that time I was at level eight. Something happened, I just got back to level eight about a months ago. How do I get back at the proper level that I should be at thank you.

Last Google official event was Connect Live 2019, in San Jose, @Nikki531 .

I have been there together with other 199 Local Guides from all over the world, but I don’t remember you, and I cannot see a badge in your profile related to the participation of the event.

Last application was on 2020 but, according to your profile and your badges you did not submitted any application in that year, so probably you are just talking about the invitation that every Local Guides receive for applying.

Regarding your missing points, can you add some more details? Where did you missed them? Photos, reviews, answers, editing? This will help us to better understand your issue

Hello, Don’t know a farmer at the right place. But during Covid I was at level eight. I was even invited to San Francisco with the Google world. Somewhere somehow my level right 1-2 . I’m back at level 8.
how can I have this merged to get me back to where I should be .

Hi, my problem is during Covid I was @ level 8 . I was invited to San Francisco. Then during Covid, I wound up at level 2.

Please note that, to keep connect organised, I’ve merged your post on the thread previously started by you about the same subject.

The only reason I can see for your points to drop down in a so big way is that

your settings for the Web & App Activity

are to delete the activity after a predefined time.

Deleting it you will loose the points related to answers.

As you can read in Answer questions

  1. Make sure you have the latest updated Google Maps.
  2. Make sure that your Web & App Activity is on.

my question is How do I get back the level I should be at ?
