Hello guys, just realized that some of my reviews are not displayed. I see them when I use my phone because I am connected to my accound.
But if I use google search/map with someone else phone, the review is not there !
One exemple:

There are 13 reviews, 11 are displayed, 2 are not, mine is not there:

@AdelKA Confirming your review appears to be missing when I look at the place from my account. Google Maps sometimes hides reviews if they don’t fit the regulations, but yours seems okay to me.
BUT your screenshot looks like you may have uploaded 23 photos with your review. Is that correct? That’s an unnecessarily large number, and if so, there may be a photo among them that triggered the blocking or hiding of your review.
@tony_b is correct. Try removing all the photos and videos and check if the review text then goes public. If so you know that one or more of them triggered the spam filter. You can then try adding them back in one by one while constantly checking if the review stays public or not

I didn’t know that uploading a large number of picture could trigger the filter.

Yes, @AdelKA the first one is visible, but I did not see the second one. To be sure, I tried to check directly from your profile, but unfortunately you seem to have your profile set to private.

There is no need to ask here if a review is public or not. You can use Incognito mode to view your profile and know immediately.

There are a ton of reasons for the spam filter to take action. Google will never share the details and the filter is being updated constantly to keep up with the creativity of the spammers.
