I’m a licensed general contractor and tried to make a google business profile on my business email on the computer and was suspended instantly, I submitted government documents and still no luck. So I asked a level 10 local guide if he could add a place of another business of mine to the maps and the listing went live within minutes. How come google allowed a level 10 out of the country to add a gmb but me a licensed contractor of Michigan can’t?!
Please make sure you don’t mix up being an independent Local Guide with running businesses. You might get kicked out of the program.
Business owners have a better way to add their businesses than local guides of any level.
Please seek help on this in the Google Business Profile program.
I think what you observed can be attributed to luck and a high trust score.
Adding a business is different from owning it through verification. Once verified you can add more businesses with out the need for new verification.

Com relação a qualquer problema de suas empresas, inclusive suspensão etc, você deve procurar suporte na plataforma Perfil de Empresas do Google nos seguintes locais:

Aconselho fortemente separar suas contas Local Guides da conta que você usa para gerenciar suas empresas se for a mesma conta, __*__pois usar uma mesma conta para ambas atividades ( ser Local Guides e Administrador de Empresas) é violação dos dois serviços.
