It’s a really nice idea to Guide the Vegetarians. The people are in search of the Vegetarian food . So the challenge is accepted by me. Thanks for sharing this. I love this.
Hello @kmajewski thanks for all your guidelines & beautiful shares from around the world
I’m not a really big fan of vegetarian options but I have to admit that this restaurant here in Kuala Lumpur is serving one of the best options for vege food lovers.
As a vegetarian thank you so much for organizing this #LetGuide@kmajewski !
Traveling abroad always offers some challenges when you’re vegetarian. It’s hard to tell what you can eat and having lots of information available on Google Maps and also on social media helps tremendously!
My husband, @HiroyukiTakisawa , and I recently traveled to Taiwan and local guides both here on Connect and on the ground in Taiwan helped us navigate and find a wide variety of delicious vegetarian restaurants. I was also impressed that there was vegetarian food also available at the night markets. In Japan, I can never eat anything at the street markets so I was expecting the same thing in Taiwan as well but was pleasantly surprised. This is also the kind of information that can be very helpful to vegetarian travellers.
Thank you again and I’m looking forward to sharing vegetarian food from my region and travels with you all as well.
Great @kmajewski . It will help our vegetarian Local Guides.
I also like to share about a vegeteraian restaurant in Nepal which has branches in various parts of Nepal inside Kathmandu valley as well as outside Kathmandu Valley.
Sangam is a famous name for Sweets, Namkeen, Nepali food, Indian food and South Indian food which was started more than a decade ago from Damak in Jhapa, Nepal.
They are famous for Sweets, Namkeen, Nepali food, Indian food, South Indian food, all kinds of vegetarian dishes, Chinese as well as Continental Cuisines.
For the Chinese community, one of our favorite food for vegetarian/vegan is Chinese vegetarian hotpot where we indulge in lots of green vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, corn, simmering in a delicious vegetable broth.
In Malaysia, here Eugene, me and the Malaysian Vegetarian hunter gang is having our hot pot dinner at Tian Xiang Yen Vegetarian Restaurant 天香苑素食馆 in Puchong Selangor, Malaysia.
You may not realize it, but this post comes off as a promotion in the Local Guides community. Please note per the community guidelines that we do not allow promotional posts of any kind.
As an FYI, the best way to leave a review for a place that you really liked is to review the place in Google Maps. This way, people who are not sure whether or not they should visit this place, will read your review and make up their minds.
Since you are new to the community, I suggest you review the Program Rules as well as Tips: Using Local Guides Connect for better understanding on the use of the community forum and to make the best use of your time here. As an extra tip, I would suggest you to search the community before posting as the same subject can be already being discussed.
One last thing, I have moved your post to the more appropriate board, which is called General Discussion.
