#LetsGuide KANO

Last week, we had a meet-up in Ibadan, Nigeria. Really, I have never been so fulfilled in my local guide experience.

It had in attendance, two top Local Guides in Nigeria ( @SanyaOdare and @Sagir ). The testimonies are now trooping in. Lots of enthusiasm for the newly “inducted” members and fresh zeal for the existing LGs.

For me, Ibadan was strategic; being the third largest city in Nigeria. Now that we’ve revived it, it’s time to reach out to a new milestone.

Kano, according to World Atlas, is the second largest city in Nigeria with a population of 3,550,000. I’ve been there a couple of times and I know of surety that it is indeed a phenomenal place.

Like we did in Ibadan, it would make real sense to identify one or two residents of Kano who are local guides. We can then organize a meet-up and see to it that Kano is getting mapped.

I’m banking on north based top LGs like @HelloSamsonR and @MuhammadAI to be of help. So, if you are a Kano based LG or know someone, kindly mention.

Hi @IfeanyiKOH

Wow, It is very interesting. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

What activities can you do around?

What impressed you the most during this trip?

Is this city famous among tourists? Can you share more about the place that you took the photos of? I think it will be interesting for other Local Guides.
