Responding to the slogan for Connect Live 2019, I tell you that in Buenos Aires, craft beer bars are fashionable, and always open a new one, Many of my friends own them and I always help them with registering their business on Google Maps
In the area where I live, I register these new breweries and I have created a list with all of them. That’s why every time they ask me where they can go, I share my list.
It is an art craft brewery, in recent years this type of drinks has become a trend and more and more are betting on production with original flavors.
It is really difficult to choose the best bars with craft beer. In the first place, because the criterion would have to be defined first … Quality of the beer? The cutest space? The most original? The most varied? The best musical wave? Which is also very relative, because it depends a lot on the tastes and needs of each one. The second reason why it is an impossible task, is because competition is crazy! There are so many, but so many options!
However, far from discouraging us, this is what made us feel happy and grateful to live in a city that has something to satisfy everyone.
Some bars have up to 50 different beer tastes, I’ll just name a few
Golden: it is the closest thing to a classic supermarket beer that you will find in the artisanal world. Soft, low bitterness and alcohol.
Pale ale: a blonde more bitter and intense than golden, but also light and refreshing. It has more hop presence.
IPA: The acronym of India pale ale, is a pale ale version with high doses of hops flower. It has more body, it is more bitter and, depending on the varieties of hops it contains, it can have a fruity, floral, citric, spicy or resinous profile.
Scotch ale: a reddish and soft beer, with a low bitterness and caramel notes. A slightly sweeter version of its Irish neighbor, the Irish red ale.
Honey: it can be a good gateway to craft beer, but you have to go through it with care. It contains honey, which makes it sweeter, but many versions are also more alcoholic.
Porter: a classic English beer, black and light, with notes of chocolate and coffee.
Stout: has sweeter versions such as cream stout and more bitter and intense versions such as dry stout. It is black, with a lot of body and a strong character to coffee.
Imperial: when you add the word ?? imperial ?? before the name, it means that it is more bitter, more intense, more alcoholic, more everything. In beer styles, ?? imperial ?? means more
I send a greeting and a big hug to this beautiful community that grows every day.
