@VaneetR It might be a good idea to enter your location of where you want to host the meetup so Local Guides around the area will be able to find your post easily on their main stream

Arranging a single meet for India is very tricky considering the number of active Local Guides.
What I suggest is, bring together the Local Guides in your city and host a meet up.
Local Guides website have cool resources (stickers and pamphlets) that can be printed and used for the event
And as they say, lesser the number, the more you get to know each other
