Hello @VishvaChavda you don’t get any swags like T-shirt, Badges, etc. from Google. You have to print it on your own expenses. Please note that “You cannot print Google Local Guides Official logos on your swags.”

You can also buy from millennium textile market (MTM). BIGGEST market of variety.

In MTM bahubali sarees and indian lady etc are famous

I wish that I visit my father and grand father’s cities and village in Gujrat India. We are from Gujrat but now lives in Karachi. But that’s my deep heart wish that I can see once in my life the place where my father grown up.
