Come and join our Let’s Map Underwater for Google Maps in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka. Being a nature lover and a diver, I always like to share nature’s hidden adventures to people who have similar interest. This meetup is focused on capturing marine life such as fish, corals, etc. to participate in this meetup you must at least know basic swimming and snorkeling, diving also, you may need an underwater camera (waterproof) / waterproof case for your phone which can protect water from damaging your devices. Please bring down your Diving kits if you have any / you can rent those from a supplier from this place. Let’s take more photos from Unawatuna without disturbing the ecosystem and share on google map. you may like my last diving meetup: https://bit.ly/2x346ya
What a great news! You are hosting another underwater meet-up. I still remember the previous recap. It looks like a lot of fun. I would love to join you if I could, @IlankovanT !
Wish you an amazing meet-up and who knows, probably this time you’ll find a pirate treasure.
Hi, @KlaudiyaG , due to the bad weather, last few weeks we couldn’t do any driving sessions around the southern coast. I have planned this for Saturday and hope the weather will support us for Diving.
@Seedra , @vijaih are you guys coming for this Saturday? I found a place where we can see more marine fishes in Unawatuna.
This is so unfortunate, @IlankovanT , but I know what you mean. This fall is definitely not as charming as I wish. Nonetheless, I’m sending you all the positive energy that I have for Saturday. I really hope that the weather is going to be perfect for the underwater meet-up.
@KlaudiyaG it’s a miracle… yes… Sea was really clear and not murky, Went up to 15 Meters and got many photos too. Also these group of friends trying to kiss me… ha ha ha… Iwill post my beautiful recap soon
Woohooo… I’m so happy for you, @IlankovanT ! As always your photos are amazing. Can’t wait to read all about your adventures underwater. I don’t know if you managed to find a treasure, but you certainly made some really great new friends.
Thank you @KlaudiyaG , I’m. Still planning. Actually there are 16 diving sites in this particular location. I thought to do few meetups here and then going for another site. I will update the location soon.
Wow… they’re so many, @IlankovanT , it’s really fascinating. Good luck with the next meet-up and I hope that this time around you won’t have any issues with the weather.
