Atmosphere
The interiors are made in a modern style and preserve the spirit of a family country house with all its accents. Upholstered furniture and numerous lamps add coziness and warmth, and original decor elements create a homely atmosphere. The restaurant building includes three separate halls, different in concept, as well as a spacious summer terrace.
Menu
The menu is dominated by dishes of Slavic and Caucasian cuisines, many items from the menu are prepared according to home recipes in the author’s performance of cooks from Georgia, Ukraine and Belarus. Here fresh meat is cooked on an open fire, lard and home-made sausage are served exclusively of their own cooking. Dumplings, dumplings, khinkali are made by hand, and branded khachapuri and shoti bread are baked in a special Purne oven in the open part of the kitchen in the presence of guests. Most dishes are prepared immediately after accepting the order. A varied menu will give the restaurant guests a rich palette of tastes.
The bar card presents wines from around the world, a large selection of Georgian wines, Belarusian vodka products, as well as tinctures of our own production (on wild cranberries, pine nuts, Hrenovukha).
