Bangalore is called garden city. It’s known for it’s climate and low temperature even in summers. It also use to be known as clean city.
This city has however have changed in last few years. Number of trees has reduced owing to construction, infrastructure development. Average temperature of city has gone up by 1% in last 5 years. Garbage management too needs improvement.
Of course a lot can be done.
I always wanted to join some group of people to plant the trees. Never came across so far. I want people to share suggestions on how it can be done and then plan meet up for this cause.

Do we need to seek any BBMP approvals to do so

Does BBMP help get saplings or seeds.

Can we get approval from BBMP to get support to water plants regularly. Do they already have such process. Monsoon should of course help us otherwise.
