Hello, Summit attendees and Googlers!

I posted a board like this before. But that was closed because there was some trouble.

However now, I post it again.

This is the Local Guides Summit 2017 Attendees Book.

I made it before the Summit. But I made only 24 books.

This time, I want to create the Memorial version book with Summit attendees and Googlers!

However, this is unofficial and participation is optional.

I leave attendance up to you.

How do you attend it?

You can access to the book.

And you can add/edit this as well. But before access, please read below.

1. Your page is within one page. Please don’t go over it as much as possible.
   But, if you also want to add your beautiful photos on the book and go over page limit, I welcome it;-)
2. Please edit only your page.
3. There is a deadline. I’ll change the book’s status to “Viewing only” on Nov 27th (Mon). My birthday:-)

What should you write on the book?

I prepared a template for you. But you can change columns or subjects as you like.

Please write with fun!

How will you get the book?

From Nov 28th, I’ll fix it and keep the book’s status on “Viewing only” and share with you.

You can download the data for free and print it by yourself. Unfortunately, I can’t print it for you.

For printing, here is some advice for you. Try do this.

1. Download as a Word file.
   

   

2. Make gutter margin. (Extra space in the middle for binding.)
   

   

3. Print the Book and bind it.

If you want only the data book, I recommend download as a PDF.

Now, attendees increased from 87 to 92! Wow!!

I’m still waiting your post until 27th;-)

If you want attendee’s profile who didn’t write on the book yet, contact or tag them.

(But please take care to not force it. It is just an option.)

@HiroyukiTakisawa , I personally feel we need a book like this as souvenir for our future reference. I want to definitely promote this book to every single attendees that took part in the summit. We have 92 names in the book, that means we still lack 110 names. If i am not wrong, out of those 92 names there are some dropped out names too due to visa complications or other issues. So that means the actual number is even less. We don’t have even half of the attendees’ information.

@YK1001 , @MariaFernandaS , @MuhannadK , @Badruddeen , @RohithaF , @JosephZhan , @AlejandraMaria , @Carl , @KseniaM - guys, if you have not provided your information already, I would request you to do so. This is going to be a really good book if you want to keep your new friends’ information and keep in touch with them for ever. And I would also request you to tag more people in the list, so that more people know about this book. But remember to tag the LGSummit17 attendees only.
