Let's celebrate World milk day 🥛🥛with me

1st June is World milk day.So we need to celebrate our journey with milk.
Milk is considered the most nutritious element among food items. From infants to elderly people, everyone drinks milk. Cow, buffalo, and goat milk are primarily consumed everywhere. In some places, milk from camels, sheep, horses, and yaks is also used.

In rural areas, people keep milk-producing animals at home. This milk is collected in large quantities, processed, and then delivered to cities. There are some well-known dairy companies such as Amul, Sonai, Chitale, and Milky Mist that supply milk to us today.

In some parts of the city, fresh milk is brought from nearby villages and sold in dairies. Various milk products are also sold at these places, such as buttermilk, curd, butter, paneer, ghee, flavored milk, and lassi. In the area where I live, there are many such local dairies.

Excellent post @Supriyadevkar
Happy World Milk Day.

I remember tasty Camel Milk Kulfi and Coffee in Bikaner.

Also in Gurugram, we had a milk vending machine, where we insert coins or a card and the machine will dispense milk bags or bottles.

Wow great how is the taste of kulfi @TusharSuradkar

Thank you for sharing this post, and the photos are amazing.

It’s always homemade icecream. I love that. I’m not sure if you’ll believe it or not but today I’m gonna taste it again.

At home it’s ready.

@Supriyadevkar What a wholesome way to celebrate World Milk Day! :glass_of_milk:

As someone from Gujarat, this day feels even more special - our state is the birthplace of the White Revolution, thanks to the visionary leadership of Dr. Verghese Kurien and the creation of Amul. The journey from Anand to the entire nation has made India the world’s largest milk producer. Truly proud to be from the land where it all began! :raising_hands:

And your Milk Cake looks extremely tempting, wish I get to taste it someday
