Good day to you all!
I think it’s time for me to properly introduce myself.
I’m Lucas Ganzeboom, 26 years old, I live in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and since a year a local guide for Google.
I found this function by accident… And got all these questions on my smartphone of people who needed answers, questions I happily gave the answers to!
This gave me a feeling of satisfaction, able to help people. So I filled in as many as I knew!
Then I lost the page however… For days I hoped I got a Google pop up or random question on my screen. But it did not happen!
One full week later! I get a request ‘somebody needs your help!’
Answered the question, and saved the link to my home screen! Not losing it again! Too much fun!
Until this day forward I answer questions everyday, visit rural locations to check out their hotspots and try to fill in the information that is missing from Google.
I would like to attend the next Google Connect to meet other local guides and talk with them to share stories and experience. On becoming a better guide.
I hope to meet some off you soon, either here in Rotterdam or all the way in San Francisco!
