Lekki is a naturally formed peninsula in Lagos, Nigeria, it is perfectly surrounded by water and all the major cities in Lagos – Victoria Island and Ikoyi on the West, Atlantic ocean on the south and the Lagoon on the north and east. It is a rapidly growing area on the coast. Its sandy beaches, including Lekki/Eleko Beach and colonial slave trade relics and other imposing architecture, make it a tourism goldmine.
Most places in Lagos are either residential or commercial, only Lekki combines the two perfectly. Lekki has become a major commercial hub, residential area and tourist attraction centre in Lagos, thus making Lekki the hottest demand in relation to real estate. Most start-up companies are in Lekki and on the business days the traffic is huge because people are trying to link the other cities surrounding Lekki, however at night and weekend everything changes drastically, the nightlife is awesome.
