Meteora it a place were theta ar a lots of pilars of conglomerat rock, and the word means ”suspended in air”. They are the result of erodation of the water millions of years a go, between 25-60 millions a go. On this Pilar’s some orthodox monk’s edificate their monasteries since X sec. In the IX century, they already edificate on this Pilar’s , 24 monasteries. It a UNESCO patrimoni. The place it full of mistic vibration, it quiet and very relaxing. Two or three days a Meteora for relaxing and visit the monasteries it great. Today they remain for visit only 6 from 24 monasteries. For a person that like’s the mountain their’s a lot to do. Hiking throw the “meteor” Pilar’s , or climbing them. They are something like 600 hundreds routes on this Pilar’s , and on a rage of 30 km, numeros other rock walls. It so amaizing the sacrifice and work that they done this monks for edificate this monasteries . Absolutely deserves a visit.
