I am being sued and have been given a summons and cease and desist over a truthful review was posted. What should I do? Do I receive help from Google for this lawsuit?

Unfortunately I received both. I haven’t done anything since the post and havent visited the business

@Mr_gordon contact a lawyer. If you have a summons and your review is truthful it is up to the business to prove that it is not. It could still leave you out of pocket however. This has happened a number of times based on posts I’ve seen here and I’ve not seen a business win. Keep us posted.
Google are unlikely to provide assistance.
To stay out of trouble when leaving a poor review always be clear, truthful, never mention names, never embellish what happened and talk about how it made you feel.
