Zamboanga city is called Latin city of Philippines for many reasons. It has huge influence from Spanish. In this place there is diversity of cultures and you can actually the harmony among them. Some people in this city speaks Chavacano which is very similar to Spanish language and other speaks Tagalog and Visaya and other dialect. The city has tons of places to offer. It has historical buildings such as Fort Pillar which is turned to Museum. Its park (Pasonanca park) is historical too because you can find there the ‘boy Scout’ place. Just kilometers away you can find a butterfly sanctuary. The city also has beaches, one of its famous beach is the Pink beach located at Sta. Cruz island. So yeah, this place is beautiful and historical. Should visit by those who are looking where and what place to visit in the Philippines.
