in a few weeks I will go to study in Panama, it will be a new experience but I will miss many things of my beautiful country, from my friendly and fighter people to the delights that are eaten here, since this last is what I miss most is what I will talk, I will miss so much to wake up on Saturdays after a night of partying and eat a famous encebollado so that you have headaches, or go to the north of the country to eat a famous hornado.
the delights of the sea like the ceviche or the enchanted fish, or something more extravagant like the worm of the maito from the east, the Ecuador hides so many hidden delicacies that I still need to experiment. I could continue with many more delicacies from this country such as fritada, chugchucaras or mote pillo of Cuenca. In short, I love my country. ECUADOR
