This was my first time attending the Larchmere Sidewalk Sale! Tens of store fronts line the diverse boulevard, and tens of vendors set up shop outside of these stores. All of these entrepreneurs are looking to promote their business and provide for their well-being. I was eager to come out and support the community in which I used to live. I also went to support a friend, who is a local artist!
There were quite a few artists at this event. One of the artists drew caricatures on the spot. This was my first caricature someone has ever drawn! I’ve always missed the opportunity to get one at amusement parks, but this event was quite suitable. And it will always be a memorable piece of artwork, especially since I had four compliments about the shirt I wore today
