First night we celebrated the summer solstice with a cycling tour on the hill above Rovaniemi, where we had a champagne drink at midnight. Too bad we didn’t see the midnight sun, because it was a cloudy sky.
I’m extremely happy to see this post as I’m from Finland! Thank you so much!
Lapland is definitely a unique place that anyone who has a chance should see it. How was this experience for you? How many days did you spend there? I remember doing the husky and reindeer sleds, which was quite exciting. Did you try the sauna experience?
This brought me so many wonderful memories as I’m currently not living in Finland, so thanks a lot! Looking forward to see/hear more.
That’s great @KarolT ! I’m really happy to hear you enjoyed yourself. Was this your first time visiting Finland? I really miss it, the food, the nature and those amazing lakes.

@KarolT Super! If you need some tips or advice for other places in Finland you can always ask.
As for the photos, I just wanted to remind you that we have this limitation. It’s a lot of photos, but not to be surprised if you’ve reached it. Anyways, please do keep on sharing wonderful posts.
I love your post very much because every place your post is very tidy and clean.
The river looks like strong water flow. I love reindeer so much. They are so cute. The camping which I never see it before. Is it difficult to install or not?
