This user has 19 reviews and 36 ratings. And that is probably not too many reviews or ratings to do in a single day. It could be that the user only recently joined the program (highly possible because of the low contribution points) and just writing down previous recent experiences, not necessary to be all from that same day. For example, I might have eaten in a 4-5 restaurants last week, visited a few places, but didn’t find time to review, and I would sit down for 1 hour and write all the reviews at the same time. It could be a possibility to be something like this.

We should not share his/her public profile here in our post. Just write a post and tag 1 or 2 Google moderators about wanting to report someone, and the Google moderator will privately message you for the information.
