After the north of Togo, I take you today to the south of the country, a natural environment. In the south of Togo and more precisely in the lake region, lakes, rivers, lagoons, pirogues and fishing are an integral part of the culture and life of the population. This part of Togo has a very important hydrographic network. These rivers play a very important economic role in the region. They are almost the only source of income for the local population.
