Oshodi Terminal 3

Oshodi pedestrian Overpass, Orile Oshodi, Lagos, Nigeria

February 15, 2020 @ 17:30 (WAT)

This meetup is created to expose the beauty of the newly erected world-class bus interchange in Lagos popularly known as the Oshodi Bus Terminal to Local Guides. According to the Lagos State Government, the terminal cost as much as $70 million and boasts well over 13 parks and 5,600 buses loading per day. Asides this, the terminal is said to also accommodate a very large flow of commuters to the tune of over 100,000 passengers and one million pedestrians on a daily basis. With state-of-the-art facilities including exotic passenger loading bays, modern restroom facilities, parking docks, and luxury buses to convey commuters, we cannot afford to miss the opportunity to have a glimpse and full review of the terminal. Our aim for this meetup is to uncover intrinsically in detail, the accessibility, use of technology and structural organization of the place including destination display boards, ambiance, ease of access, parking facilities, washrooms, footpaths and show the beauty of this structure in pictures, whilst updating any relevant information on the Maps. We’d also be adding Street View images of specific areas within the facility. The meeting point would be at the prestigious Terminal 3 passenger loading bay. This is the easiest and most popular terminal within the multi-structure. Kindly come with comfortable casual shoes and appropriate clothing, cameras, smartphones to capture both daytime and twilight scenes of the place. I look forward to seeing you. Cheers.
