I recently achieved Level 7, but I can’t even get a road added onto Google Maps. I think I was once rewarded with a free movie on Play, and that’s the only perk I ever got. Please let me add a road and put our new business on it! It does not help that we don’t have mail service to this road either and everything is bogged down thanks to Covid.

Hi Bilal, I have submitted the road creation, but it has not been reviewed or approved yet by Google. I had a PIN mailed to my house to confirm the Google Business, but it is still pending because the PIN was not mailed to the physical office location. You’d think top guides would get some faster action on suggestions.
