how can we get badges?
I think that, to have badges we must participate and answer questions in the connect local guide:
share, inform, photograph and comment on the interventions of other local guides.

Go to this page, to see your badges. The badges demonstrate to others your level of expertise and/or about your contributions here on Connect and on Google Maps. Your badge in Google Maps reflects your level within the program only, however, while badges in Connect cover both activity in Connect and on Google Maps.
