The third international Kyiv Lights Festival took place in Kiev. The facade of the Kiev City Hall, which is located on Khreshchatyk, has turned into a huge screen for demonstrating works within the framework of the competition.

Such beautiful photos of the Lights Festival! Is this an annual thing happening each time in Kiev or a different city? Is it free? How long does the show last? Did you have a favorite performance?
I’ve seen a similar Light show in Helsinki for new years a few years back and it was quite cool!
