What is kulfi? What are the ingredients of a mango kulfi?
Is it a famous meal all over the country?
Kulfi is a kind of a frozen dessert on a stick(much like a popsicle). It’s made from seasonal fruits such as mango, pomegranate, guava or you can make the dry fruits version( which uses condensed milk).
It’s mainly consumed in the Northern part of India but it’s pretty well known throughout the country.
