Have already told in the past about a popular Korean snack made of rice cakes, the traditional tteokbokki and its variation, the tteokbokki salted with spicy kimchi.. Here’s another popular spicy Korean dish based on rice cakes: tteokkochi. Tteokkochi are basically skewers made with rice cakes and spicy sauce. They are a very popular street food in Korea, just like tteokbokkii, even if tteokkochi are surely more “street”, being skewers very easy to eat as a snack while walking.
