Yuk-Hoe (육회, Korean Raw Beef Tartare) is raw meat dish in Korea which is similar to Beef Tartare. Yuk means meat, and Hoe means raw food dish. Most of Yukhoe is made of beef and Best part is inside round (rump)! Slice, Dice, or cut in square as you want and marinate with Soybean Sauce, Honey or Sugar, Sesame oil. If you like ginger or garlic, feel free to put together. Once you put in the mouth, you will fall in love with original taste of meat. Many Korean People enjoy it with Soju.
