@Ant_Bad_Yogi You are right, in Bangladesh Vermicelli is not common, at least I have not seen it ever. So I cannot say how it tastes. But as @user_not_found or his wife cooked it in a very nice way it looks really very tasty. Moreover, the use of colorful vegetables and soya sauce on Romafa’s pasta has given it a nice look. It made me hungry this afternoon
Now I have watched the video. It is so easy to make following your directions.
But you forgot to tell us how long (time in minutes) we would allow the garlic, the carrots etc to steam before adding the other items and ingredients.
Concerning the pasta it looks like fibre to me.
I’ll be mindful not to eat anything that would affect my health. I know it is processed. I may try it though.
