Gevhernesibe Mahallesi Atatürk Bulvarı üzerinde bulunan Modern Çiçekçi, Fa Bella Çiçekçilik ve Nilüfer Çiçekçilik kapandı. Haritadaki fotoğraflarda da açık bir şekilde görülüyor. Bu işletmeleri “Kalıcı olarak kapatıldı” olarak işaretlerseniz kaldırılma süreci hızlanacaktır. Şimdiden teşekkür ederim.

Local Guides with no knowledge of the place cannot confirm your edit, or edit a place on behalf of you.
From the photo you uploaded on Maps I can just see the same photo uploaded on two different business, and this do not help Google to verify your edit.
and this should be the third business: Nilüfer Çiçekçilik
The last two have an incomplete Listing, without the category.
Also, if I have understood correctly your post, you are the owner of the business.
Local Guides is a program for individuals only. Business activities are not allowed in here. If you are a Business activity, you should not be in Local Guides program with this kind of contents
The good news is that, for business activities, you can claim the businesses, through the free program of Google Mybusiness.
Follow this link: https://www.google.com/business/. With Mybusiness you can also have more control of your page in Google Maps, and manage the closure of the business in a better way

As @ErmesT already mentioned, the Local Guides program is for individuals and you are participating in it as a business. Please note that for all business related activities, it would be best if you reach out to the Google My Business Help Forum. If you are not familiar what Google My Business is and you want to learn more about this program, feel free to check their official page.
